RE: END OF YEAR (2003) CIRCULAR

GREETINGS:

RE:  END OF TERM II (2003) CIRCULAR

GREETINGS:

Accept my greetings on behalf of the management and administration of this school, and on my own behalf.  We register our gratitude to you for all forms of support you give us, especially entrusting your son/daughter to us for his/her education and offering financial support.

2nd TERM:

The term has ended today, Friday 29th August 2003.  We are happy to report to you that we have ended a busy had a successful term, full of academic and co-curricular activities.

ACADEMICS:

This year we are expecting to have S.6 and S.4 doing their final exams.  We request you to give candidates enough time to read and also buy them the necessary Text Books .

TEACHING:

There has been effective teaching throughout this term, and this was attributed to the well-coordinated activities of our teaching staff teachers and your continued support to the school.

TESTS AND EVALUATION:

All classes from S.1 to S.6 have attended end of term two examinations and they have been given progressive report(s) which you must study carefully and give some advice.  You are strongly advised to always ask for this report, study it and do the necessary counseling to your son/daughter.  You are also reminded that at the end of each term, the school issues a circular to parents, while progressive report-form is added to a circular to students who have completed payments of all school requirements.  What surprises us is that parents do not care to ask for these circulars from their children and even some who seem to do, do not take care to read them properly.

HOLIDAY PROGRAM:

Because of competition worldwide, we have asked the students of S.4, S.5 and S.6 to turn up for the Holiday Studies.  The holiday will begin on the 3rd September, 2003.

PARENTS DAY:

I extend my heart felt gratitude to you dear parents for having attended last year’s Parent’s day.  And I call upon you this year to even bring more friends and relatives this year.  It will be wonderful given your support.

DEVELOPMENT:

As far as way forward is concerned putting aside the farm, we have also constructed another building similar to our main hall opposite the boys dormitory.

TRANSPORT AND PRINTARY:

With the tremendous efforts of our beloved Director we have secured more two vehicles for the school duties.

Still our parents who may have weddings and parties or meetings we have music systems for hiring at  very attractive negotiable rates.

FEEDING AND ACCOMODATION:

I take this opportunity to inform you that we got a farm at Kyaggwe and our feeding next term is going to be marvalous.  We also thank our students who are under the needy scheme program for the spirit of Nationalism they have displayed in setting up this farm.

Our accommodation has also improved in that we now got another standard classroom block beside the main hall to cater for all classes and the former ones to be turned into hostels.

WATER:

The school bought a water pump from the nearby well so as to relief the school and the students from the problem of water.

REAMS OF PAPERS:

Students who have not brought reams of papers are reminded to do so by the beginning of the 3rd term (ONLY COMPUTER REAMS)
